Company History
The owners of the company <Eitan Peretz, Nadav Hamo and Robert Michaeli> all have an extensive back round in the real estate market, dealing with real estate for nearly a decade. In 2003 they opened a New York based contracting company called ILE Construction, providing experience and professionalism needed for improvement and developing real estate projects. ILE initially provided housing development improvements and solutions for private home owners.
While experiencing the 2006 real estate market crash the company evolved to form an investment group, purchasing lands, houses and buildings for speculative purposes. The company successfully managed to perform in tough market times thanks to its competitive advantages created in previous years.
Our goal- to become a leading and dominant development company in the New York market- specifically focusing on Brooklyn and Queens.
